Partnership Agreement - General text (see file description)

This is the general text of the finally approved version of the Partnership Agreement. As the Agreement was signed "1 to 1" (i.e., the coordinator with each partner separately), this version was adapted to each partner's case (filling-in its name, account data, etc.) prior to its signing. All partners were sent copies of their respective complete and signed versions. Besides the partner-specific information, all versions are identical.
